After living in this complex for 2 years (in 2 separate units), I couldn't wait to leave! I gave it a chance. If you have standards, then don't bother living here! The quality of people who live here has gone down. Like any apartment complex, there are pros and cons. But I found more cons here.

The license plate lights from my car were STOLEN right off. I only found out i didnt have any lights when a cop pulled me over and let me know. My roomate had her back 2 tires stolen off her car. There are always groups of kids and teens hanging out in the parking lot, even til late at night. It can be scary sometimes coming home late at night. There is no type of security on the grounds. There is a gate, but don't let that fool you. Anyone can come right in. Sometimes the gate is not working or they leave it open. Sometimes there are cops on the premises dealing with disruptions or other issues. On one occasion, a man who was in a cop chase in his car came speeding through the complex and rammed through the gate. It made the loudest noise, so me and my roomate came out to see what it was and we were soon questioned by the police to get more information on the incident.

The grounds and the landscaping are okay. But I still see trash on the ground. Apparently Lake Azzure did some kind of renovation, but I hardly call it that. Painting does not count as a renovation. One thing I found funny was that they had painted the tile and bathtub in the bathroom. Of course, the paint began to peel away in the tub, leaving it looking ugly. The tiles on the ground from where they have brick walkways outside are coming apart. I've even seen mischievious kids picking up the broken brick pieces and throwing them! I had water stains on the ceiling from where water had leaked during the inevitable Florida summer rains. The place floods everytime there is a heavy rain. Mind you, it rains almost everyday in the summer. The ceiling popcorn was even starting to peel off too.

The maintenance crew are half ass. But all I see them do is ride around in their stupid golf carts all day, smoking cigarettes. They don't seem to really specialize in fixing anything properly. I have made a few maintenance calls on things such as my dishwasher leaking and my clothes washer not working, only to have to call them back to refix it because they didn't do it right the first time. Also, I don't like the fact that if you made a maintenance call and you are not home, that they can open your door and walk right in and make the fix. I would prefer to be home when they are there. They are loud when conducting business on the premises, shouting to each other if they are too far to hear each other normally from across the walkways. One good amenity is the valet trash feature. However, every morning the trash guy comes to collect the trash from each aparment, he is loud. Every few seconds you hear a bang from when he closes each trash bin. This is usually done at an early time of day and wakes me up.

As mentioned before, I lived in two different units. When I lived in a downstairs unit, you could hear every step the upstairs neighbors made. It was creaky, making it seem like they were going to fall through. Living upstairs is definitely better, if you don't mind the stairs. But in each place I lived (upstairs and downstairs)I could hear almost everything going on around me; everytime my neighbors watched tv, had their music on, took a shower, left the front door, or even had an argument, I could hear them.

Also, there is never a place to park at night. I usually come home a bit late from work and have to park far away from my building.

The facilities are not the best either. Half the equipment at the gym doesnt work. I have only been to the pool a few times and the pool was not too clean. The water was cloudy and I could see dirt. And there are too many kids, so it's not relaxing. The jacuzzi was not working for the longest time.

Overall, my experience here is unsatisfactory. To advertize this complex as luxury living is false! The website and pictures look amazing, but pictures can be deceiving. It is not safe! I would never recommend this place to my friends!!!

Have lived here 2 years as a condo owner. Renovations were poorly done. The Brick paver situation is ridiculous... broken and an insurance problem for a few of the elderly in my building. Still waiting for developer to complete things. Renters seem to have no brains as they speed through the area, never stopping as they enter the main road. The only good thing I can say about the place is that it was well built... low TECO bills... after I had to replace the AC unit after 4 months of living here... seems it was older that what I was told when I bought the place, and mismatched so not covered by the warranty insurance given as part of the sales agreement. Had to replace the water heater at the same time. Overall... I am sorry that I decided to move here. Everything looked great at the time. Even knew someone who lived here at the time and was happy with the place. 2 months after I moved in the place when to hell.
