Just a quick review to let everyone know that this particular apartment company has little or no security present at its apartment complex (and doesn't even care to offer it).

Someone broke into my car as well as a nearby neighbor's car in the Lake Chase Apartment complex parking lot, smashing the windows of both. We reported these events to the management, who quickly told us that they are not responsible for the security of the property, since they do not have a routine securit officer on patrol at the apartment complex. Considering how much they charge to live there, you would think the security of their tenants would be a top priority. Unfortunately not. So, when you actually do find a parking lot near your apartment, you have to worry about your car being vandalized or stolen'

There have been a number of other tenants who have mentioned in conversation that they have experienced multiple flat tires, due to nails left lying around in the parking lot due to continual construction in the apartment complex.
