Highland Lakes is in an absolutley great location and under new management. I am less than 5 minutes from the mall, dozens of restaurants, the grocery store, and a really nice urgent care. The buildings have a very modern floor plan and most have a great view over looking the lake. Our neighbors are all great mostly younger single families. Pets are welcome and most people do a good job picking up after them so the grounds stay clean. There is a mile long paved lit path that circles the lake, which is great for running at night. The community is gated and there is a lot of parking. Two big pools with plenty of chairs to sun in.
