THIS PLACE IS A DUMP !! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE . MY LEASE IS UP SOON AND I CAN WAIT TO MOVE !! ROACH INFESTED , MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE !!! TOOK 2 WEEKS JUST TO FIX MY SHOWER !! GROUNDS ARE FILTHY !! GARBAGE EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME !!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know which Lake Pointe Apartments you must be talking about. I have lived There for the last three years and one thing Lake Pointe is not; is Dirty, put IT like this, management is always sending out memos to the tenant to remove any obstructions from the common areas of the property, pest control is there every week, so if you need them all you have to do is call the office and they schedule you in. if anyone has roaches in their apartment is because they are dirty, and that is what attracts roaches, dirty people who don't care how they live. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN ONE OF THOSE DIRTY TENANTS I SEE GET OUT OF THEIR CAR WITH THEIR MCDONALDS BAGS, AND INSTEAD OF THROWING IT IN THE GARBAGE OR BRINGING IT INTO THE APARTMENT, THROWS IT ON THE FLOOR OR ON THE LAWN. YOU DIRTY PEOPLE DISGUST ME AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT ANYWHERE, BECAUSE ALL YOU DO IS DAMAGE AND DESTROY NICE AFFORDABLE PLACES LIKE LAKE POINTE FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED THEM. AFTER THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESIDE IN BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS, IN NICE CLEAN AREAS, FAMILY ORIENTED NEIGHBORHOODS, YOU BASH THEM AND THEN WONDER WHY YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WHERE EVER YOU GO!!!!
