I have lived here since last year and I really enjoy the community! My apartment was delivered to me in a pleasant manner and it was very clean and smelled really great! My move-in process was very through but did not take forever! I had all my questions answered and we enjoyed plesant conversation! The staff is very knowledgable about the sorrounding area and they are easy to get in touch with! This is a pet freindly place which is great for me because I do own two small pets! The hardest adjustment I have had to make is too slow down, where I moved from(NY)is very fast paced and Florida as a whole is very laid back! The maintenance here is great! Always fixed the first time and I do receive calls if it cant be fixed that day! The manager is always available and always has a smile on her face! She is very nice to all and you can tell she loves her job! I would most definately recommend living here as it really is a great place to call home!
