Horrible Experience From: cnaudio33@aol.com Date posted: 5/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   This place is an absolute nightmare. From not having the apartment ready the day they promised me, to the apartment not being clean upon movein (and infested with ants) to having shoddily installed carpeting, to my A/C unit constantly leaking in my laundry area (after 5 maintenance visits), this is one of the WORST places in Tampa you can possibly imagine. This complex is advertised as being "remodeled" in 2000. That is an absolute lie. The original appliances, cabinets and fixtures from 1983 still grace the interior of my apartment. Extremely high office turnover rate, and VERY inept office staff make for a miserable experience overall (did I mention the "emergency maintenance" takes 5-6 hours to return a call') AIMCO is a nonresponsive company, generally, and their properties should be avoided.
