I moved here from out-of-state, site unscreen. Initially the management staff was very helpful (while I was still out-of-state) with getting things lined up. However, they have acted rather shadey since. They are extremely friendly, but not the best at getting maintenence projects done right away. The office is good about reiceving packages. The pool is dirty about half the time. They just change the rent payment policy. It used to be due on the first, accepted until the 4th, late on the 5th. Now it's due on the first, late on the second, which is a little inconvenient. We have lived here for over a year and are moving only b/c we are buying a house. For the price the neighborhood is wonderful.
