I moved here about 5 months ago. I wanted to stay in the Carollwood area and this is the only place I found that was in the low $600 range for a 1 bedroom. I live in building 9 and I have never had trouble with finding parking. I did have trouble once with my air conditioner leaking but that was taken care of the same day by maintenance. The office staff is always cordial to me when I go in there to pay rent or to pick up an air filter. My neighbors seem nice, they always give me a "Hello" when we cross paths. Overall, I think it is a decent place to live. I just wish they would wash the outside of the buildings and rid it of the stains.
