Someone said that the people complaining are usually the ones causing the problems. That's crazy. It's not my fault that my bathtub was leaking HOT water before I even moved in. I don't understand why I would have to pay for it. I've talked to management many times and nothing has been done to compensate me yet! And also, the A/C has been broken and dripping ever since I moved in. I just got a $450 electricity bill because of the A/C. If you don't mind going down to the leasing office almost everyday to complain and getting no response, then this is the place for you, but for all of the normal people who have a life and don't need to waste their time, do not move here. Really, I'm a college student, and this is my first apartment, and so far, I hate apartments.
