ALL OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE STAFF. THIS PLACE IS NOT AT ALL WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING. THE RENNOVATIONS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE THE RESIDENTS. THE ------------------- LIVES ON PROPERTY AND IS CONSTANTLY PASSED OUT DRUNK BY THE POOL.

Whoa there killer. If you had cared to read the dates on the comments, only 4 are current while the others are dated back to 2007. 3 of which also touch on the subject of the drunken/abrasive maintenance guy and the 4th is quite possibly a staff member. Please take care to be more thorough in your review and give thought to possibly refraining from making blanket statements that insinuate that those of us who also took the time out of our day to actually write much more in depth and useful reviews than yours are all liars. It makes you look like a tool.

I am a resident here at what is now Waterstone at Carrollwood and am very happy here. Ever since Waterstone has taken over, this apartment complex has very much improved. We have lived here for 3 1/2 years and don't have any intention of leaving. We also enjoy being at the pool on a regular basis, using the grills and swimming with children and grandchildren. I know the maintenance man in question pretty well and have NEVER seen him drunk or passed out at the pool. I hate to say this, but the above comment sounds like someone who would have liked to get hit on - but didn't. He is also wonderful with the children here at the complex and makes sure they don't do anything to get hurt. Our maintenance and office staff here are awesome and very helpful and friendly. There has not been a time where we couldn't call and things wouldn't be taken care of right away.
