As a single parent I spend a great deal of time, almost daily, at the pool. I'm retired and little goes unnoticed by me. This community is as diverse as it gets. There is great comfort and good times within our community and we welcome everyone. The pool is the hub of our community activity. We have lots of fun and , in truth, I have never seen the service manager "passed out" drunk. This is large community and, as such, there are different personalities and types of people here. Yes, we have our share of disgruntled and unhappy people here. We don't see much of them because they must sit inside in their own misery. I for one will pray for them. I think that if you come here, on any weekend, when most people are home, you will find us enjoying life as a community. Our children play together and families look after each others children. I feel safe here. On the other hand if you are miserable with your life it really doesn't matter where you live. You will find things to be critical about wherever you are. I am writing this review to invite you to be my guest at the pool anytime. Seeing is believing. I am sad that those with personal misery find it necessary to focus their sadness on the rest of our community. We don't have a large turnover of residents here. If you like the idea of real community this is the place for you. The management is not perfect and sometimes it rains, sometimes it's too hot out and sometimes things break. Oh well, life is just like that. I hope if you move here you will join us at the pool, we have cookouts almost every night. The two maintenance guys here are our friends. They don't always get to fill our individual needs the instant we need help but always within a reasonable time.
