I have been here for about 6 months and absolutely love calling this community home. Although I am new to Waterstone, I am not new to apartment living, and Waterstone drastically exceeds any of my past experiences.

The apartments are nice, and the layout is perfect for us. There is a playground onsite, great school zone, nice pool, plenty of space to walk your dog, and if you re a caffeine junkie like me, you HAVE to check out our own little caf in the office!!

I spend a lot of time outdoors, and this apartment is wonderful in accommodating my needs. At the pool my daughter and I have met many neighbors whom we now consider friends. We look out for each other and their families. We socialize, have cook outs, and enjoy the company. A lot of us have become close, and this is a very special community, and I don t know if I will find anything better.

As stated before, I utilize our communities amenities, to where I feel I can give an accurate review about my surroundings. As expected I have put in a couple work orders since moving in, or needed information from the office. The gals are extremely friendly, and although it may get hectic sometimes, Natalie and Arin do a great job filling everyone s needs. The maintenance staff is also very hard working, and when I have had a workorder, they fill it as soon as possible. Each member of the staff carries themselves in a professional manner while on duty. Outside of business hours, you can still find some staff hanging out and relaxing by the pool. Never once have I seen maintenance passed out at the pool. Those comments were quite obviously a personal attack, by someone with there own agenda. It was very sad because I have alot of pride about where I live, and the people who live here. Come out and visit our pool on any nice day, and you will find those negative comments hold absolutely no merit, and how wonderful and comfortable Waterstone really is.
