The management intimidates residents into paying ungodly amounts of money upon leaving. They charged us for dust on light bulbs, lint in the dryer, dust on the countertops, brand new carpet (it was 5 years old already and they charged us for new carpet). They give no recourse for you unless you hire an expensive lawyer. Good thing the old property manager is gone. She was MEAN, NASTY and VENGEFUL. They essentially extorted $800 from a couple of poor college kids.
