Don't believe 24 hour maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Don't believe the 24 hour maintenance they advertise. I never even get a call back, much less someone come to fix something. I have been calling for over 1 1/2 hours now and nothing! DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!! Oh and the police were at my next door neighbor's last night at 2am, i really don't feel safe. Esp. if you have kids or are a single female, do not live here
