I moved in here 4 months ago and never read these reviews I assume are real. This place is great! I have had only one call for repair and they responded quickly. When I moved in they showed me around the apartment and explained some things. The complex I moved from did not pay for water and the washer kept breaking. Here it is perfect. The price is great and my bedroom is roomy. The pool has a fresh coat of paint for the summer and the pool deck is large enough to handle people on the weekends. The last complex I lived at you had to get to the pool early on the weekend mornings to get a seat. I am glad I never read these "real" reviews and just moved in. This place is perfect for me.
