THIS IS THE FIRST APARTMENT IN TAMPA THAT I CAN SAY IS GREAT. PARKING/WASHER AND DRYER/THEY PAY FOR WATER/GREAT SERVICE/ THIS PLACE TAKES CARE OF THE TENANTS AND IT SHOWS.
