I saw The Landings by accident while apartment hunting and was hooked by the 3 months free rent. It's a great deal on a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, the complex appears to be kept up, the pool area is clean and the pool is always sparkling. The only complaints I have so far is the lack of parking in front of my apartment, the spots are hard to get in and out of, for example you have to do like a 5 point turn just to get out but they can't change that & it's no big deal. The noise level from some of the tenants in my building can become a little out of control and the cops were even called the day I moved in because of some type of domestic disturbance but where will you go where you won't see that happening. I see the complaints written by others on here and all of them are ridiculous. Tell me you didn't know about the lack of security, i.e. getting your car broken into. These things happen everywhere, if you want an apartment community that is safe then find one with a gate. You get what you pay for. I know what I'm walking into, I know the risks I am taking and that's what you do when you live in an apartment community. It seems to be fairly typical for an apartment complex and I'm looking forward to spending the next year here. *And I think everyone in the office is nice and helpful.
