Been here a short time, but satisfied. Parking isn't the best, but far from the worst. There are tons of spaces so you can always find a place, but maybe not right at your door. The maintenance staff has taken 2-3 days to get to things (right away on emergencies), but that's normal for this size place. I've been treated well by ALL of the staff (no drug dealer staff that I've seen) and the apartment is in good condition and spacious, but could have been designed more efficiently. The office staff could use some training on how to more effectively promote the place, they sound a bit monotone, but are nice enough. Noise is not a problem, but then I live on the back side of the building. Grounds are decently kept, but trees are still too young to offer much shade. As far as safety issues, I haven't had any, good lighting. They do make you sign a no drugs policy as part of your lease agreement SO DRUG DEALERS/USERS STAY OUT or you'll get arrested and kicked out. Overall I am happy with this place and would like to see lots of decent couples/families move in.
