I'm baffled by the negative reviews I've read. I've lived here for three years and have so many positives to report. No rent increase since I've been here, I still get the one month free deal when I have signed a new lease, free water and a monitored alarm system. And a free full sized washer and dryer. I frequently work late and when I arrive home, the only thing that freaks me out is the wildlife. I feel very safe,and my vehicle has never been messed with. There are NO drug dealers or drug traffic.
As far as the leasing office, they are understaffed.
One last note: this area is in zone F as far as flooding or hurricane threats. And the buildings are solid concrete block.
