First of all the property looks trashy (literally) I can't count the number of times i have seen the dumpsters overflowing into the streets. It is seriously disgusting and makes the complex look like crap! Second, the quality of the apartment and the maintenance crew are pretty bad. We have been here for five months now and do not have one single screen on any of our windows. Repeated calls to maintenance and management go completely unanswered. The people in the office are immature children and the maintenance crew doesn't seem to know what they are doing. We have never had a working ice machine (they've been here 5 times to "fix" it!) The carpet is old, the cabinets are stained and quite dated. OH and the concrete is crumbling under the layers of vinyl!! (yes, I said LAYERS OF VINYL) That's just plain laziness!!
