I don't actually live here but I'm looking into it. A friend lives here and she's been there for years w/ no problems. In reading these reviews I see a lot of complaints about "riff raff". Let me expand on this. Most older people think that just because you're young and drive a Honda you must be a drug dealer or some such thing. I myself would probably be stereotyped as riff raff because I'm young, drive a Honda, and wear "hip hop" clothing. I'm willing to bet that people complaining about riff raff are prejudiced and have never once tried speaking to these people thy're talking ---- about!
