I recently moved from the Landings after living there for two years. We had our water heater break and leak all over the floor while we were living there. They refused to replace or fix the 20 year old carpet when we requested that they do something about it. Also people are constantly piling up garbage by the dumpster instead of putting it in the dumpster. Beware also if you do have have a sticker to park there because they will tow your car at the drop of a hat. When things are fixed they are really only patched until they break again. The molding around the base of the bathroom walls was also missing allowing roaches to get into the apartment. We kept our apartment clean so that was not causing the roaches eather. I would not recommend staying here.
