I can't complain about the neighbors being noisy because they can't control that. They can control the fact that the neighbors had a big pit bull that bit my dog and made my wife and I scared to take the dog out in fear of another attack. When we moved in the a large section of the screen was missing so we said something to the mgmt. We lived there a year and it was never fixed even after multiple requests. The front door jamb around the latch catch for the deadbolt looked like it had been kicked in so the used WOOD PUTTY to fix it! WTF We called at least 5 times to get it fixed with no result. The kitchen drawer fell apart into pieces and was never fixed. The mgmt does NOT care about the people living there unless maybe you kiss their a##' The best part is they charged us 50 bucks when we moved out because they have a hidden part in the lease that says you have to have the carpets professionally cleaned on move out. I really enjoy paying to clean the carpet that was a mess when I moved in!If anyone moves into that death trap they are an idiot, there are multiple apartment complexes around so pick one of them!

that happens went you want to break you lease because you loose you job or you cant pay the rent do you make a police report about the dog do you call animal control do you find a lawyer or you are one of the idiot that talk and talk or a person that sign a papel and not read
