I personally do not think that its as bad as these people make it out to be!!! I have lived here for years and could not be happier!! if these people are so unhappy....one word...LEAVE!!! no one makes you live here!!! and as far as the "poor management" goes...Ive never had a problem. Have you ever heard the phrase to "get respect you have to give respect" thats exactly how they treat you!! I actually go in on occasions and chat for a while with them, awesome people!! and as far as having a baby in there...it's 2006...people are allowed to do that!! I hear about that on the news everyday!! and to the people who are saying that there are black boxes along the river to keep the river rats away...yeah its because they care enough to get them to avoid rats...some people should not be allowed to voice their opinions if they dont know what they are talking about!!!

Well, if the black boxes worked then my apartment wouldn't have rats in the walls. We are waiting for our lease to end then we are leaving. On top of the rats, we now have termite swarms every night in my daughter's bedroom and in our kitchen.

What do you mean "To get respect, you have to give respect" No you Don't, You have to give money, and I do. Every month. I don't want respect, I want professional courtesy. After all, it's a business. How nice for you, that you have the time to "Chat" with a woman raising her kids in an office environtment. Me? I would rather know that, as a customer, mu concerns are addressed first. You may want to "think" before you enter another remark that may embarrass yourself.

Agreed. This person obviously has been lucky enough to be the only person not to get treated poorly by the staff of the Legacy. The problem I had with them is that they would tell me they were working on my problems and never were. And as far as giving respect goes, I am well-spoken, considerate, and nice in any social interactions. I actually had to get my mother-in-law to go in with me to get them to get off of their lazy butts and take care of my demands. If you are having such a great time their, why so angry?
