if you want to get an apartment here thats good. If you want to leave your kids in the leasing office that would be great also, i mean they have everything that you would need, considering that the manager brings her screaming child to work with her everyday (did I mention its unprofessional) When I have a question or complaint for her she dosent even talk to her residents because she is to busy watchin her kid and not doing her job. I wonder how the property is even still up and running without a manager' I mean what kind of manager wears flip flops and shorts and t-shirts to work' My roof had been leaking for months before I finally decided to leave, and she would rather goo goo gah gah with her kid. Im glad that im outta there!!

No kidding, I went and looked at these apartments a couple of months ago, and was shocked to see there was a little one in the office. At first I thought I had walked into their daycare center instead of the main office. The manager was totally absorbed in keeping up with her child, she could not even spare the time to talk to someone who was intrested in the community. It is terribly unprofessional for your prospective clients to see this, and the property owner should be notified, as this is a reflection of how they run that community. Glad I did not rent there.

OMG!!! We broke our lease due to the termite infestation. The office stated that they were not doing anything about the problem. Pest control said that the building needed to be tented. Non the less, we left. I could not raise my 2 babies (one only 2 months old) in a termite infested home. The office never got anything done. Manager was very unprofessional. I am all for keeping babies with moms, but when it affects your job you have to stop that. Many other people who lived there complained of leaky roofs. O and did i mention we also had a big rat problem. Good luck to those who stay there.

oh yeah, i couldnt tell you how many times that woman brings her kid to work, when we first went to go and take a look at the apt, she was there sitting on the sofa with her kid on the floor, i myself have kids and they were with me my son was 2 at the time and of course with toys in the area, he wanted to play, well big mistake, she had a fit about my son touching anything that belonged to her baby, omg who brings their kid to work everyday, someone needs to notify the management company about that, feel sorry for her if theres ever a fire, at work something might happen to the kid, and she is very rude. she won't talk to anyone and hides in her office with the kid. i did live there for a yr, and i was planning on going back, did not have anything bad happen to me but my neighbors cars got broken into a couple of times, and i also had friends who complained about the leaking, but for the safety of my kids, i recently ran a sex offenders search on the area and low and behold there are 4 living in the complex, and ones a sexual predator. look for your self, so i probably will not be going back...
