This complex is usually at 100% occupancy, with a waiting list. So, they have nothing to lose by offering snobby attitudes and bad service. If they lose a customer, who cares' The next one on the waiting list can take his/her place. I have NRVER been to the office at opening time, to find anyone there. EVER, EVER. When I sat signing my lease, to every request, or question I had the answer was "no" ie:do you accept packages', where can I place a grill', things of that nature. And, while I was sitting there, the phone must have rang four times, and every single answer to the prospective tenant was "we don't do that" and No, we can't" or "No, we can't provide that service for you. Not a bad place as far as apartments go, but DON'T expect professional, couteous, punctual people in the office.
