There are issues here as there are with any community. That's to be expected. When repair is in order, the response is very quick for the most part and the guys get things fixed rapidly and accurately. The neighborhood next door (to the North) is becoming a bit shady but the management here has assured me that it is doing everything it can to ensure that our community remains the wonderful neighborhood that it has been for almost 40 years. Speaking of the management; the property manager here is wonderful! She listens and gives honest answers and is genuinely caring for this property. What a nice woman!
