While out searching the area for apartments, we called the office to let them know we were coming over to have a look. As it was 5 minutes till 5 the person (female) that answered the phone stated we could come back tomorrow because they were about to close. We advised that we were almost there and tomorrow we would be back in Orlando where we currently live and would not be able to drive back out to Tampa to look at the property. She then said something to the effect of "if we're here, we'll help you" then the call dropped...or so we thought. My husband called back and immediately got the answering machine. NO LESS THAN 5 MINUTES later we pull into the complex and go to the office to inquire about vacancies only to find the office shut up tight as a drum.

What kind of person would run off like that knowing that prospective renters are on the way' In addition to that this person knew from her conversation with us that we had driven a considerable way to view apartments in the Tampa area and was not even the slightest bit concerned because it was near quitting time!' We have decided NOT to consider renting at this property now or in the near or distant future based on this person's lack of consideration and rudeness. My husband actually called back, got the answering machine again and THANKED that rude office person for helping us eliminate them from our search.

Just a head's up for those who are considering renting from here that the office staff seems to care about watching the clock more than assisting residents, potential or current.

Thank you for your honesty. Being that you are not a resident, your input is helping me eliminate this property. I used to be an agent and I personally would have stayed. On ocation, I have stayed late because new residents would come in 3 minutes til closing to sign their lease (it takes about 45 minutes to do so).
