If you want to know what slum lords really are, then move here. They fix nothing! They give excuses! The grounds are littered with alcohol bottles. Trash is EVERYWHERE...trust us...keep looking!!! ooo....and how could I forget, one night the sewer backed up onto my bathroom floor and into my bathtub and the office said, just plug the bathtub...and the maintenance man who didn't speak english OR spanish (i speak both) could only tell us that he would come back, which he never did...so we had to piss outside for the night
