Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
management is horrible, maintenance is horrible, parking is horrible, and cars get broken into every night. office people dont do a damn thing all day. there are rats coming thru the pantry walls and the dirtiest units in tampa. crime very high here, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
