I must say that my 1st apartment here at Legend Oaks wasn't the GREATEST but it's decent for the money. I recently took a 2br & I must say that it's GORGEOUS! Everything is new & it was in perfect move in condition. Yes, the staff sometime slacks, but the property manager, Marni Harkness is the best. She's always curtious & is prompt in getting services completed for me. Furthermore, if the service doesn't get completed within a 24hr timeframe ALL residents should see credit on thier rent. Then again, most of the ungrateful people complaining on this site probably don't pay thier rent on time so they wouldn't know about the rent discount because of the penalties they've incurred. As for break ins, there has been 2 in the past year that were reported however I have never experienced an issues with crime or neighbors. In closing, if there are rats or mice or any bugs or rodents that are uncontrollable, it is more likely that either you or a neighbor you have is a slob & doesn't keep thier property clean & I am THANKFUL that I DONT LIVE IN YOUR BUILDING!!!!!

My rent is paid on time every month and still have issues with stuff that isn't fixed, front gates were to be fixed by May of last year, they still don't work and it's almost a year later. The spa hasn't worked in years. people do you really think this is a nice place to live, are your rain gutters there on your building? Not on mine. Did you have anything stolen off your car, I did. Staff ran into my car and then denied it, but someone saw them and they still say no it didn't happen. I would have to take them to court.
