The new trash compactor is not working properly and trash is always falling out into the roadway, it is not wheelchair accessible. This was a big mistake and they took out the dumpsters only about a month ago or so. The main gate should be working soon. That doesn't stop those who don't live here from getting in. I haven't had problems with repairs in my unit and I don't have a problem with roaches, I have seen one or two now and then but I call and get sprayed, if no one else does then who's fault is that. it's not a race issue I am sure of that. We have tenants who are very dirty and it shows, you can look at the apartment windows and tell that by the mini blinds that are broken and damaged, I have seen after people move out what the office has to put up with, past tenants have really trashed the apartments. When at the pools, tenants let their kids do things that are unbelievable. The bathrooms at the second pool are never open and that leads to people just doing their thing in the grass, and because they say they " don't speak english" they act like they don't understand when I tell them not to do it. Alcohol is not allowed at the pool but my husband and I clean the second pool area daily because we want it nice, does anyone care' NO. We clean up beer bottles everynight. Everyone has something to say but won't do anything to help here. We are the only ones who have taken steps to try to make it better.
