Granted I have only been here a little over 3 months, I believe that is a decent amount of time to get a feel for an apartment. I have had virtually no problems here. The office staff is courteous and tries to help when they can, and the unit itself is just fine. My only complaints are the garbage does constantly overflow from the dumpster, because its just not enough for this whole complex. They cant keep up with it. Also there are some "shady" people that hang out outside of their apartment in groups, although I have not witnessed any sort of negative incident yet. There is also night guards that often patrol the grounds. Unfortunately the gate has never worked since ive been here. They claimed it was going to be fixed at one point, and I saw workers focusing on it but alas it remains inoperable. It really isn't that big of a deal though at this point.

While the grounds arent all that pretty to look at, what counts is your home and the unit itself. I have come to like mine, all of the appliances have been great and I have had virtually no problems. For the low rent in Tampa, it is a good deal.
