We have lived at Legend Oaks apartments for one year last month. We have had no major complaints. Occasionally the neighbors may be noisy, but it's not a huge issue because it's normally in the day. Our only real complaint is that our dishwasher doesn't work and our air conditioner leaks if it's overworked; unfortunately, though we've asked for assistance with these problems, we've never received more than a maintenance man looking at it and promising return. Another less important complaint is a lot of dog owners neglect to clean up after their animals, though the managers have passed out fliers stressing the importance of cleaning up. We have had absolutely NO trouble with burglary or break ins at all, nor have we had any news of break ins. Sometimes people smoke marijuana outside and the smell is pretty powerful, but it's rare that this happens. The spa next to the second pool doesn't work, but the pool is usually kept in passable shape during the Summer. We have seen absolutely ZERO roaches here, ZERO mice. There are sometimes very small spiders but they're harmless species. The gate is usually open during the day and closed at night, but the gate is kind of more of a nuisance than protection. The crime rate in this area is relatively low as it is. This complex is pet friendly, which is nice. Management is indifferent, except for Marni who is exceptionally friendly and strives to give better service. Neighbors are peaceful. All in all this is not a bad place to live at all.

You have all these problems and you call it a nice place to live? You pay high rent for what you get, I live in a better place and get more for my money by 400 square feet and maintenace men who actually work. They don't sit in the gulf cart under a tree talking all afternoon and not working or stealing the appl. they have told the office are no good anymore. We have seen it all there. Our maintenance men speak english and spanish, and wow I can talk to them and they fix things right away. They even come in on weekends to fix things in a hurry if need be. No garbage problems, no smell, nothing falling into the parking lot. We have major security to call when needed and no drugs smelled outside my door, like when living there. No noisy neighbors or helicopers at all hours. I don't hear my neighbors because the construction of the building are good here. We have rain gutters that actually are on the buildings, not missing like there, take a look outside the apts for yourself. No rotten wood or termite eaten wood covered over with paint. You have got to be kidding with your posting here. YOU NEED TO GET OUT AND REALLY LOOK AROUND MORE. I still have friends there who can't wait to get out.
