I lived at Legend Oaks for 2 years and recently move because I had to move out of town. I think management tries their best to accomodate their resident's needs, they are always helpful and polite. The grounds are kept clean, and the pool areas are kept nice. I have no complaints about this place and overall I think it was a decent place to live for the place and area. I had no bug/roach problems. Price was afforable.
