My boyfriend and I moved here 8 months ago and we're not happy with it...but it's not as TERRIBLE as some people on here make it out to be. Let me put it this way...if you don't mind rude and uneducated leasing agents who barely speak English, a maintenance staff that is hardly worth the dog crap that you will step all over on the property and not so friendly neighbors...then Legend Oaks is the place for you! I live in the very front of the complex and there really isn't any crime or loud noises other than the ambulances driving by from being so close to the hospital...and our rude, neighbor that is always drunk, but we really haven't had any other issues. We just want to move somewhere where the staff is more friendly and the rent is only a few hundred more for a few hundred more square feet. One more thing...the front gate NEVER works, so don't count on a "gated" community feature. It worked for the first week we lived here...and hasn't worked since.
