This is one of worst managed complexes ever! It is not in a safe part of town, but there is no security and no gates to keep out the people that you don't want in here. Vehicles and motorcycles are always stolen or broken into. The management rebuilt their entire office and made it BEAUTIFUL, without taking care of the broken gates, disgustinf pool and jacuzzi area, and telling us that there is NO MAINTENANCE to fix our warped shelf in our kitchen cabinet. There used to be at least security guards, but NO MORE! This place is old, rundown, poorly managed, not maintained, and has a selfish, greedy management. This complex also caters to ensuring that 10 illegal immigrants can live in a one bedroom apartment at a time, even though the lease says that no more than 2 adults and one infant under one year can reside an any one bedroom at a time!!! Also, the laundy facilities here are making the clothes MORE DIRTY when they are done! We have shown the management our clothes and all that they say to us is that, "Well, you guys are the only ones complaining." And they do NOTHING about it! My work shirts are getting ruined! THIS PLACE IS LIKE LIVING IN HELL!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!
