I moved here about a month and a half ago, and at first I hated it. I saw a roach every night, but now I see none, and I do look. I didn't notice when I looked at my apartment, all of the water damage to the cabinets and counters. These things bothered me at first, but now they do not. The management is friendly, and seems to know everyone by name. The maintenance is also very nice, but you have to complain like a million times before something gets fixed. The parking isn't awful, but it's not great. It's very hard to get a good spot. The security gates are broken, and I'm pretty sure they'll never be fixed. There are no parking stickers, so pretty much anyone can come and go anytime that they want. I don't hate living here anymore, I'm getting used to it. I guess I would recommend this apartment complex, because it really isn't all that bad.
