I've lived here for about 8 months. I liked it so far. The staff is nice and the grounds pretty. The apartments are a little old. The laundry room is kinda pricey. The neighborhood is terrible. I am moving out in August

I agree, you get what you pay for. I can't wait to buy a real home. Noise is record setting. Thug neighborhood.
