I was kind of disappointed that my apartment so unlike the model apartment that was shown. The master closet is cramped and there is no walking space (which means everything must be taken out of the closet in order to get something out of the closet). I had a few maintenance problems and they were quick to respond. But I have an ongoing problem with a broken refrigerator. They have been to repair the thing 3 times and it still does not work. I have seen 2 ROACHES,many black crickets and spiders inside the apartment. Now about to pay another months rent and STILL no signed LEASE. The office staff seem swamped with new tenant applicants and I recall reading a previous entry that stated "they forget you once they get the money". I kind of agree. I am in the last building and it is the last to get cleaned by ground maintenance. Trees prohibit the installation of Satelite TV. After darkness,Hispanic males drink alcohol at the kiddie play area and leave bottles.Pkng lot too dark.

I've lived here for over three years... Never had a lease problem and considering there is no kiddie play area (wish there was) - there is no way anyone's hanging out in it!!!
