Lived in Lexington Since May 04 - very lengthey list of things to be done and 2/3 never were completed. Contractors put their boot print in the concrete on balcony. Burn circles in the counter tops. The day we moved in they had not even vacuumed the place which had sat vacant for well over a month prior. The construction on the bldg's are horrible, which allows all sorts of bugs to enter bldg. Closet door are very cheap and fall apart. Parking situation is the worst out of the numerous apartments that I have had. They have one dumpster for an entire complex that is always over filled and trash is always visable. They either allow multiple people to live in each apartment or there is a lot of unknown residents. Looks good from outside so definately don't judge a book by it's cover. Make sure you request to look at your specific apartments interior before selecting. When ever there is a power surge my A/C unit goes out and maintenence has to come out, 6 times in 8 months - NOT COOL! For $1200 a month I EXPECT A LOT MORE FROM AN APT COMPLEX!

Looking to purchase and get out of there at earliest.
