I lived here for 18 months right after they opened. In fact, my apartment was still being built when I signed my lease. Overall, it was a really nice (if not pricey) place to live.
Pros
-nice layout and unit (3 br TH w/ garage & 1/2 bth downstairs, end unit next to the brick wall)
-felt like home more than any other apt I've lived in
-front porch w/ french door and some grass
-nice features inside (like the bay window, double fridge, balcony off the master, built in desk at the top of the stairs)
-the neighborhood
Cons
-the basketball court always had people from outside the complex in it
-the gate was broken on a regular basis
-no hall or linen closets in the apt
-width-challenged garage
-3rd BR was always HOT---like over 80 degrees in the summer--thankfully it was used for storage only
-poor layout for the laundry room
-too many families with little kids
-since my unit was on the end, overflow parking (2 spots) were in front of my apt. This was a privacy issue but also made it difficult to get out of my driveway. Never thought this would be a problem since everyone had a garage & a driveway. Had a neighbor who always had their cars there, never parked in the garage or used their driveway
-this is just weird but everytime the neighbor directly behind me cooked, the insides of my cabinets would smell of whatever they were cooking'''
