too bad going condo in 2007

My main complaint is the one most commonly lodged; the gates are never working. The units are somewhat pricey but I'm sure the location is a major factor in that equation. The distinctive achitecture is for sure another.

The complex is large but townhouses are available if you're after that "homey" feel. We live in a cute townhouse on a cul-de-sac with an attached garage and our driveway has brick pavers. The interior, however, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of details, just your basic apartment dwelling.

The grounds are generally well-kept and though many of the units are occupied by families, the grounds are not littered by children running around unsupervised. Also, I can't say either me or any of my neighbors have ever interacted with a "questionable" character. It appears the staff screens prospective tenants well.

On another note, I must point out that the staff can sometimes be slow to respond. One of the residents left his abandoned black acura in a parking space for months. When I alerted the staff about the misuse of a coveted space, my complaint was dismissed and the owner was allowed to continue several more months.

No complex is going to satisfy everyone at all times; however, this one does a good job where it matters the most. Overall, I would give this complex high ratings. Too bad, it's scheduled to be converted to condos in 2007 (I work for the company involved in the acquisition).

I work and represent the ownership entity of the property. I can say without doubt the property is not in the process of acquistition and there are no current plans for a condo conversion in 2007.

Dear Mr. Aquisition,

Huh? Going Condo...no way! Please do you homework prior to posting such things. This property is owned by Purdential...not selling!
