Not a bad place to live

I live in the 3-2.5 townhouse. Although at the beginning I had many maintenance issues,
they were all resolved quickly. I find the office staff friendly and always helpful.
The grounds and pool are well kept.
My electric bill averages around $100.00 and I work at home. Do have to keep the downstairs cooler to keep the upstairs comfortable. My biggest complaint is that they allow curbside parking which congests the townhouse streets making it difficult at times to enter and leave.
Although a bit pricey,I would recommend this townhouse to anyone.
