We just moved in about a month ago and although its a great place to live, there are a few things that are just aggravating me. We are in a townhouse and now that the weather is getting cooler, we would love to turn our AC off, however, our front door and porch door have no screens, I mean, that is ridiculous if you ask me. Neither does the balcony upstairs. So, other than the 2 windows in the bedroom upstairs, we are screwed. Other thing is that the water is DISGUSTING! My toilets have a permanent pink ring around them, forcing me to clean them everyday. Not to mention, its taking a huge toll on my hair and skin. When I moved in, I put in an order that the sink is completely rusting and no one has come out to fix it. I am going to write a letter and include it with my next rent check, see if something happens. Other than that, it really is a nice place to live. Everything is close by and the townhouse is cute and cozy. You get alot for your money, but you can definately tell things have been poorly made. I was deciding between this place and West Park apartments and if I did it all over again, I would not have come here.
