We have lived in this community for over a year and a half. We are in a third floor one bedroom loft- the upstairs loft is our bedroom. I am a little surprised at some of the comments left here. The staff is pretty good, even great- especially for the lack of customer service in the state of Florida. We dont have a problem with bugs- only when we keep the temp too high. Parking is a MAJOR problem- their are 18...wait 16 spots due to 2 Handicapped spots used illegally- for 23 appts, most of which are two and three bedrooms. The gates dont work because impatient tenants wont wait for the gates to open and hit them when driving in.
I do recommend this complex to even the "picky" and "higher class" renters and am pretty happy with my experience. Also, Westchase is an incredible community in Tampa and Lexington Park is the best option for the area.
It may be a little pricy- but worth the money.
