Moved into a 2 BR townhouse here. We were forced to fill out a sheet with any repairs or issues within the first 30 days and were assured that maintenance would come and address all of the issues that we listed- still waiting. Dishwasher and food disposal back up and you will never get clean dishes. The carpets are NASTY.They must still be the original ones and are cleaned right before you move in. There are no screens on any doors.The walls are paper thin so you hear not only your neighbors, but the people behind you as well.Tubs frequently back up and the water is horrible.Turn on the heat and your smoke detectors will go off. The women in the office are rude and lazy and once you sign the lease you are nothing to them.The bathrooms by the pool NEVER have toilet paper in them and are not very clean.My advice- although they will fight you on it, refuse to sign the lease until you can get in and see the EXACT unit that you will be renting. Trust me, they are nothing like the model.

NOT TRUE! When I moved in they walked my through my apartment before I ever signed my lease. The office staff were very helpful and made my move easy. When I first came they showed me the model..... It was beautiful!!!! My apartment is exactly the same.(without the accent walls) I painted mine myself. Did you not notice that there were no screens on the doors before you filled out your application????? As for alarms going off when you turn on your heat..... that would happen if the heater wasn't ran for a while...... since you just moved in??? duh!

After we signed our lease the office people turned from being helpful and nice to lazy and unhelpful....every time I go to use the pool or the gym its closed because either the night attendant closed early or didn't even show....we moved into the apartment so we can have these amenities and so far we have used them once...
