The office staff and corporate office personel will lie to your face and not care. They offer a gated/access controlled community but NEVER close the gates. They REFUSE to close the gates since it is a hassle for the office staff (they're words, not mine). Question any of the 4 ladies and get 4 different reasons, from the gate is broken (3 plus years that I know of they haven't ever shut) to the access cards don't work, to my favorite; the bus pulls in to let kids off (doesn't happen).

The people from housing community down the street come and use the pool; etc here and since the access gate is never closed the staff here don't seem to care that anyone comes over.

The hot tubs are colder than the pool water in middle of winter and all the staff insists that they work.

$1300 a month for people to lie to you constantly, with an access gate; hot tub and other ammenities that are just for show is a lot of money to waste in my opinion.

I've been her 3 WEEKS and am looking to leave. Maybe another property would be happier with my $1300 a month.
