I have lived here 6 months and plan to leave as soon as my lease is up. My main complaint is the noise level in the complex. The place is full of horse-like animals that bark all day and night. (not to mention the feces that these animals leave, that their owners do not pick up) The air condition fans are horribly placed so that when you are outside, no matter what building, the AC'a are all you can here. The walls in the apartment are so thin, I can hear my neighbors conversations, I know what they are watching on TV and when they go to the bathroom! I hear people outside talking and when they walk up the stair my whole apartment shakes! The noise from publix is annoying because large 18 wheelers are constanly coming and going droping of shipments. (and I don't even live on the side facing publix, still annoying)When I moved in, the walls were nasty, the carpet was dirty and their are holes in my patio screen that have yet to be repaired. If you enjoy any kind of peace and quiet, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
