Good location, but not worth the $

The apartments seem great, until you really start to inspect them. My greatest concern with these apartments are the ANTS! This has been a problem since the day we moved in. I would have 'blamed' the previous tenant, but buildings are being tented on a regular basis. This leads me to believe it is more then a individual or select few. I opted to pay the higher rates, expecting a higher quality apartment. Not the case.
The staff is fairly helpful, as well as the maintance. But I would not renew a lease or recommend to any of my friends/relatives.
